Celebration Committee

Hi there! We’re busy daily but we are never too busy to support our Armed Forces, and this is our blog. We live all over the United States. There is probably a Board Member near you. If you decide you want to Celebrate Military Children and the sacrifices that they make then shoot us an email at info@cthemc.org and find out how you can help.

CELEBRATE THE MILITARY CHILD BILL OF RIGHTS

I am a military child. Like my mother, father, brothers, and sisters, I am proud to serve our country too. Since I am a military child, my service should be recognized. I will grow strong serving alongside my family as long as I have:

  1. A clean and safe place to live and great schools that welcomes me.
  2. A safe and fun place to stay when my parents get deployed.
  3. Good doctors I can visit when I don’t feel well and communities that support me and let me know I’m valued.
  4. Courage and support to keep my family strong while we’re at war.
  5. Leaders who will remember that my family still has needs when the war is over.
  6. Adults who will remind me I’m still a kid. Someone to talk with who understands me.
  7. Time with my mom or dad so that I don’t feel like they’re still away when they get home.

Currently, there are more than 1.7 million military children under the age of 18. Remember: “Kids Serve Too!”

Celebrate the Military Child is coming soon to a city near you…
